1. Rental Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire rental agreement between the customer ("you") and Orrganza Bounce House Rentals ("we," "us," "Orrganza") for the rental of inflatable equipment. By completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Orrganza reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any reservation at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Orrganza, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.

2. Bookings & Reservations

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit collected at time of booking via PayPal. Your date and equipment are not held until the deposit is received. Bookings are subject to availability and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided at checkout — event date, delivery address, contact details — is accurate. Please contact us immediately if any booking details need to be corrected.

3. Payment & Balance Due

The remaining balance (75% of the total rental amount) is due 48 hours before your event date. Payment may be made by calling us at (531) 600-8487. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit.

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and inclusive of applicable fees. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your zip code and distance from our base location.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: Full deposit refund, minus a $15 processing fee.

Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event: No refund. The deposit is forfeited.

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date subject to availability. One rescheduling at no charge is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to a $25 rebooking fee.

5. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

We will deliver and set up your equipment within the agreed-upon delivery window. Please ensure that:

• The setup area is clear of debris, furniture, and obstacles before our arrival
• There is access to a standard 110V electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location
• Gate access, gravel driveways, or other access constraints are communicated to us in advance
• A responsible adult (18+) is present at delivery and pickup

Setup typically requires 30–45 minutes. Pickup will occur at the agreed end time. Equipment left past the rental period without prior arrangement may incur additional charges.

6. Equipment Use & Safety

The customer is responsible for supervising safe use of all rented equipment during the rental period. You agree to enforce the following rules:

• An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times while in use
• No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or silly string inside the inflatable
• Do not mix age groups — keep toddlers and older children separated
• No flips, rough play, or pushing inside the inflatable
• Deflate and cease use immediately in winds exceeding 20 mph or during rain or lightning
• Maximum weight and capacity limits posted on each unit must be observed

Failure to follow safety guidelines that results in injury or equipment damage may affect your liability under this agreement.

7. Damage, Loss & Liability

The customer accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear that occurs during the rental period. This includes but is not limited to punctures, burns, tears, and damage from silly string or paint.

Repair or replacement costs will be assessed based on the extent of damage and billed to the customer. Orrganza will provide documentation of damage before billing.

Orrganza Bounce House Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during use of our equipment. By booking with us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orrganza, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from the use of rented equipment.

8. Weather Policy

Outdoor inflatable equipment should not be operated during rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 20 mph. Orrganza monitors weather conditions and reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any rental if conditions are deemed unsafe.

If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid or the option to reschedule at no charge. If you choose to cancel due to inclement weather, the standard cancellation policy applies. We recommend booking weather insurance for outdoor events scheduled during unpredictable seasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orrganza's total liability for any claim arising from or related to this rental agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the applicable rental. Orrganza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Privacy

We collect name, phone number, email address, and delivery address solely for the purpose of fulfilling your rental booking and communicating with you about your event. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process payment through PayPal. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal and is subject to PayPal's privacy policy and terms of service.

11. Changes to These Terms

Orrganza reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
